The assassin would find the halls devoid of any Jorragar's guard's but would find the document's he was looking for locked up behind modern style iron bars with a lock on the door

The Talshova assassin sighed to himself his plan not really working the way he wanted it too. He decided it would be best to leave, no other action on his part would be very valuable. Taking on the elf at close range would be a disastrous idea considering he was a marksman and in no way good at hand to hand combat, or close range combat at the moment. He saw the guards from jorragar coming and he smirked as he blended into the dark building and began moving ,some would say, inhumanly quick from building to building. He said to himself "Ahh Jorragar, the enforcers of the empire. Still, cant catch me in those heaps of metal" He was long gone before anyone would have gotten to the roof top he was on.

The two Vorah followed along with the Jorragar patrolmen. The disciple and apprentice didn't know the city as well as they did, so they stayed close to watch their backs and keep an eye out for the intruders. The disciple lifted his left hand and a dim orb of light formed, swirling in muted silver and deep red spheres. He kept it from being too noticeable as he charged a spell and prepared for a possible conflict.

He found the case containing the documents he was searching for and began removed a small ring from his belt. He untied a piece of leather and several type of picks fell separated from each other. He would lean against the bars and begin picking open the case, making clicking noises with the picks as he pushed the pins to open it.
